9月28日下午，班超集團(tuán)2024年企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理高級(jí)實(shí)戰(zhàn)培訓(xùn)班圓滿(mǎn)收官。此次培訓(xùn)以“項(xiàng)目經(jīng)營(yíng)管理之道”為主題，以聚焦“項(xiàng)目管理”“成本管理”為框架，旨在提升公司中高層干部隊(duì)伍的管理能力和業(yè)務(wù)水平，為公司戰(zhàn)略的制定凝聚共識(shí)。
培訓(xùn)共7天，由導(dǎo)師姜詠、周淑慧和邱宇指導(dǎo)授課，對(duì)如何做到“提高項(xiàng)目成功率、優(yōu)化資源配置、增強(qiáng)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力”等做了深入淺出的解讀。通過(guò)7天的學(xué)習(xí)、研討和感悟，學(xué)員們對(duì)“項(xiàng)目管理、成本管理、質(zhì)量管理、如何破局”等，有了更深刻的認(rèn)知。班超集團(tuán)總經(jīng)理劉貴平為此次培訓(xùn)作總結(jié)講話(huà)，他強(qiáng)調(diào)，學(xué)習(xí)是一個(gè)開(kāi)始，各位要把所學(xué)用到實(shí)踐中，對(duì)過(guò)去的工作做好復(fù)盤(pán)，力求做到學(xué)以致用，知行合一。

On the afternoon of September 28th, the Advanced Practical Training Course on Enterprise Project Management in 2024 of Ban Chao Group successfully concluded. With the theme of "The Art of Project Operation and Management" and focusing on the framework of "Project Management" and "Cost Management", this training aimed to enhance the management capabilities and professional standards of the middle and senior management teams of the company, and to converge consensus for the formulation of the company's strategy.
The training lasted for 7 days and was instructed and lectured by tutors Jiang Yong, Zhou Shuhui, and Qiu Yu. They provided in-depth and easy-to-understand interpretations of how to "improve the project success rate, optimize resource allocation, and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise", etc. Through 7 days of study, discussion, and reflection, the trainees had a deeper understanding of "project management, cost management, quality management, and how to break the situation", etc.
Liu Guiping, the general manager of Ban Chao Group, delivered a concluding speech for this training.
