鎂基新材料循環(huán)經(jīng)濟產(chǎn)業(yè)一體化項目開工儀式現(xiàn)場       新疆班超集團有限公司鎂基新材料循環(huán)經(jīng)濟產(chǎn)業(yè)一體化項目——年產(chǎn)2萬噸金屬鎂及3萬噸鎂合金建設(shè)項目,總投資2.78億元,新建原料制備車間配備制備生產(chǎn)線、回轉(zhuǎn)窯生產(chǎn)線、金屬鎂還原爐車間、精煉車間、原料庫、尾渣庫及配套設(shè)備、尾氣脫硫脫硝除塵等環(huán)保工程、公用輔助工程等。預(yù)計6月30日完成主體結(jié)構(gòu)施工,年底之前達(dá)到試生產(chǎn)條件,2026年全面建成,投產(chǎn)后可實現(xiàn)年產(chǎn)值超3.6億元,帶動就業(yè)200余人。

The construction content includes: raw material preparation workshops, reduction workshops, equipped with 4 vertical retort reduction furnaces for metallic magnesium with an annual output of 5,000 tons each and their supporting auxiliary projects, magnesium alloy refining workshops, product warehouses, reduction slag warehouses, flue gas comprehensive treatment buildings, etc. After completion, the enterprise will form an additional production capacity of 20,000 tons of metallic magnesium and 30,000 tons of magnesium alloys per year, fully meeting the market demand and demonstrating strong strength.
