此次精益管理項目的啟動，不僅是對現(xiàn)有生產(chǎn)模式和管理模式的革新，更是對未來可持續(xù)發(fā)展的長遠規(guī)劃。我們已整裝待發(fā)，啟航精益之旅；我們堅信，在全體員工的共同努力下，攜手共進，不斷探索與實踐精益管理，在此過程中，我們將穩(wěn)扎穩(wěn)打，行穩(wěn)致遠，共同譜寫企業(yè)高質量發(fā)展的新篇章。
On the morning of March 28th, the senior executives and core key personnel of the group gathered together. A grand launching ceremony for the Lean Management Project was held in the meeting room on the third floor of Shengmei Magnesium Industry Company, officially kicking off the strategic upgrading initiative of "seeking benefits from management".
