新疆班超鎂業(yè)有限公司（以下簡稱為“公司”）是哈密市盛鎂鎂業(yè)有限公司的控股子公司。公司成立于2022年1月14日，法定代表人王杰，注冊資本2億元人民幣，在職員工近300人，地址位于新疆生產(chǎn)建設(shè)兵團(tuán)新星經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)內(nèi)，是兵團(tuán)僅有的兩家金屬鎂生產(chǎn)企業(yè)之一，主要從事金屬鎂生產(chǎn)和銷售。
2022年第一季度公司通過技術(shù)改造恢復(fù)了原晉美鎂業(yè)年產(chǎn)5000噸金屬鎂的產(chǎn)能。2023至2024年計劃新增2條金屬鎂豎式還原生產(chǎn)線，通過提標(biāo)改造將該金屬鎂產(chǎn)能提高到2萬噸。
班超鎂業(yè)定位是以金屬鎂制造為基礎(chǔ)，多元化綜合利用循環(huán)發(fā)展為目標(biāo)的一家新型實業(yè)公司。公司計劃以鎂基產(chǎn)業(yè)拓展為基礎(chǔ)，充分利用哈密重要鎂基產(chǎn)業(yè)資源稟賦和區(qū)位優(yōu)勢，整合產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上游資源和企業(yè)，推動下游鎂合金新材料深加工產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展，促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)向“集群化、精細(xì)化、高端化”發(fā)展，打造綠色低碳循環(huán)利用產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。 “十四五”期間，公司與上下游企業(yè)合作， 計劃5年共投資112億元，建成哈密第一個鎂基產(chǎn)業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展循環(huán)利用綜合體，實現(xiàn)年產(chǎn)值300億元、年稅收40億元，解決就業(yè)上萬人，成為十三師新星市新的重要增長極。

The company was established on January 14, 2022, with the legal representative Wang Jie, with a registered capital of 200 million yuan and 300 employees. The company is located in Xinxing Economic and Technological Development Zone of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, and is one of the only two magnesium metal production enterprises in the Corps, mainly engaged in the production and sales of magnesium metal.
In the first quarter of 2022, the company restored the original Jigme magnesium industry's annual production capacity of 5,000 tons of magnesium metal through technical transformation. From 2023 to 2024, it is planned to add two new magnesium metal vertical reduction production lines, and increase the magnesium metal production capacity to 20,000 tons through upgrading.
The position of super magnesium industry is a new type of industrial company based on metal magnesium manufacturing, diversified comprehensive utilization and recycling development as the goal. Based on the expansion of magnesium-based industry, the company plans to make full use of the resource endowment and location advantages of Hami's important magnesium-based industry, integrate upstream resources and enterprises of the industrial chain, promote the development of the downstream magnesium alloy new material deep processing industry, promote the development of the industry to "cluster, fine and high-end", and build a green low-carbon recycling industrial cluster.
